2022: A year in review
Storyblok is the first headless CMS that works for developers & marketers alike.
It’s hard to believe, but 2022 is coming to an end. In the spirit of this year, we want to take some time to reflect on what happened at Storyblok and to appreciate some of the major achievements of our Partner Program. The technology industry has thrived largely over the past two years. 2022, in particular, was marked by taking software-as-a-service to the next level, building systems and supply chains with better visibility and resiliency, creating future-proof solutions and a sustainable future, and focusing on remote work. We are happy to have contributed towards building a better future with Storyblok’s CMS and our amazing team.
We hope that you had a year full of astonishing achievements and joy. For us at Storyblok, 2022 has been a success story powered by a company-wide growth mindset. A year in which we have so much to celebrate and be proud of:
- $47 million raised in Series B Funding
- Storyblok UI V2 was launched: A completely new CMS experience with new features
- "2022 Best Software Awards" Top 100 by G2
- #1 place for Best Content Management Products by G2
- Awarded over 30 G2 badges as the #1 Enterprise Headless CMS
- Recognized in the 2022 Gartner®️ Market Guide for Web Content Management
- Recognized in the Jamstack Report with 9% of developers using Storyblok
- We attended 114 events where we met you and had a great time
- Our team grew from 83 to over 230 colleagues from over 40+ nationalities, living in 30+ countries worldwide
We are happy and proud to be building the Content Management System (CMS) for the 21st century and empowering 98,000 + developers and content teams to create better content experiences across any digital channel. With the help of Storyblok, leading enterprises have experienced a 123% traffic increase within 6 months, 50% revenue growth in just 60 days, 3x faster website performance, and much more. Some of those projects were implemented with the help of our Solution Partners, who are excited to bring our product to their customers in order to solve different business problems as well as elevate their online presence in our ever so online world. We are proud of the work they do with Storyblok and we thank them for being part of our family.
A year in review for Storyblok’s Partner Program
One thing is for sure: 2022 has been a fascinating year for our Partner Program. We end the year with gratitude for having a fantastic Partner Team that works hard to support you, our Solution and Technology Partners and your clients. We are also grateful for having the opportunity to work with extraordinary Partners and to build the future of storytelling together. Here are some of the achievements we are most proud of in the Partner Team:
- Launched the Partner Certification Process
Our first Partner initiative of the year was to start our ‘Storyblok Partner Certification’, a process by which each of our partners can become officially recognized and certified not only as Storyblok Partners but as creators and innovators.
We now have close to 130 Certified Partners and over 1500 registered partners. - Launched a $1.5M Partner FundThe fund is distributed to Partners through multiple initiatives, including a $5k marketing budget that every Storyblok Certified Partner can use to highlight its collaboration with Storyblok in any way they want: events, guerilla marketing, content development, ad campaigns, etc.
We built a dedicated Partner Marketing team to support our Partners in growing and scaling their businesses with Storyblok. Here you will find all key partner information, along with our latest initiatives. - Launched Storyblok’s Technology Ecosystem A curated collection of MACH-ready technology solutions that can be integrated together, with Storyblok as the central content hub. Our Technology Ecosystem offers support to integrate solutions with the world’s #1-rated Headless CMS.
- We attended, sponsored, and hosted some fantastic events It was a pleasure to see some of our Partners at D-Congress in Sweden. What a powerful event it was! It was also very exciting to be part of the eCommerce Composable Conference in Italy with our Partner BigCommerce. OMR22 in Germany was another highlight of the year and a pleasure to take part in. DMEXCO in Cologne, Germany, was where we met a lot of you, our Partners, and had an amazing time.In addition to the many Partner events across Europe and the Americas, we hosted Stories from the Blok 5: Dedicated to Storyblok’s Partners and Stories from the Blok #9: Tailored for Technology Edition. - We grew our team
We now have a team of Partner Success Managers for every region, timezone, and market so that you, our Partners, can be supported at all times. We are here for you, just reach out. - Storyblok Partner Team’s Inaugural MeetupIn August of 2022, the Partner Team met in Dublin and spent 3 days strategizing, getting to know each other, and, most importantly: having lots of fun.
