CATEO is centered around the needs of candidates, streamlining hiring workflows, and empowering recruiters with data-driven insights to optimize their recruitment efforts. With CATEO, recruiters can effortlessly implement their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by connecting their current ATS and synchronize open positions. Applications and candidate information will be then displayed on CATEO Dashboard. The company also helps boost the candidate experience: All the applicants are able to see the application process and their current status. They can schedule interviews and see the next steps and pending to-dos - all on one page. The project was created with Storyblok with the implementation of Next.js as a framework and Vercel for hosting.
